They did everything right. There was trouble connecting with the party they were being delivered to (they were out) but Oroville Flower Shop tried to call them when they weren't home, let me know that they were missed and offered options for getting the flowers to them. They did eventually connect and the recipient said they were beautiful. I'm very happy with their choices and their friendly customer service.

I was, to be direct, disappointed in the arrangement delivered. I expected something fuller, with more flowers. From the photo sent to me by a relative, I counted only 9 stems. Some of the flowers were not yet open, which I know can be the case. Perhaps it was only the photo as taken (one side only?). Please know, the family receiving it deemed the arrangement to be lovely, so I will just accept the fact I did not see it in person and get over my disappointment.

The birthday girl was over the moon with the flower arrangement! I had the opportunity to see it myself, and it’s one of the most beautiful, grand flower arrangements I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much the careful thought and presentation that went into the flower arrangement. We were all impressed! We will definitely use Oroville Flower Shop for future flower arrangement needs.
