I appreciate the fact that the delivery person made sure to knock on my friend's door and deliver the flowers in person. And the flowers looked beautiful. I appreciated getting a call in advance to confirm that they received my order and that even though they didn't have all the flowers that were advertised available at the time, they would add flowers that would make up for the missing ones. My friend was utterly delighted with the arrangement. Thanks again for your professionalism and kindness.
